DID Twitter was trending after it went down for 30 minutes on Friday
Late Friday night, a little after 10PM, DID Twitter was trending due to Twitter being down for 30 minutes.
Why Twitter went down for 30 minutes? We won’t know until sometime this week coming up. And we won’t know until sometime this week coming up because the Twitter folks have to get their story straight about why the site was down for 30 minutes.
Personally, I believe Twitter went down for half an hour due to either the new dude or gal, who was minding the server, hitting a button that sounded an alarm that took the crew 15 minutes to get to and another 15 minutes to fix.
It also isn’t loss on me that Twitter went down two days after the Twitter folks announced all of the learning their machines will be doing.
Mm-hmm, it’s just a matter of time before these machines become I, Robot.
But in all seriousness, folks need their Twitter. They have to tweet about what they're doing. Folks not tweeting about what they're doing can cause them to have a panic attack or worse yet a heart attack.
Along with the health risks, folks not tweeting about what they’re doing leaves them with the risk of having a lot of time to do what they should be doing.
If folks are on the Twitter doing what they shouldn't be doing, then that means they have too much idle time on they're hands. And y’all know what they say about idle time. Idle time means there's an idle mind. And an idle mind is the devil’s playground.
The one thing we don’t need the devil doing is playing around in folks' minds when he can play with folks on Twitter.
Don’t be mad at the devil, now. Like his Father Who also art on Twitter, the devil has a natural ability to influence folks.
The one thing Twitter wants is for folks to have a lot of idle time on their hands so their idle minds can be influence, which they can't do if the Twitter is down for 30 minutes.
Tweets may not be loading for some of you. We’re working on fixing a problem and you’ll be back on the timeline soon.

Machine learning may seem technical but it's what helps us show you relevant Tweets and Topics, and take action on Tweets that may break our rules.
